Lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies that showcase our innovative OLED solutions Craft product positioning and technical messaging, creating compelling narratives for lighting and display markets for both product development and sales enablement Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and guide product positioning Own product launches from concept through execution to ensure the customer journey reflects our innovation and vision Work closely with product development, sales, and creative teams to align go-to-market strategies and deliver seamless execution Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related technical discipline 5–8 years of true product marketing or strategic marketing experience Experience in manufacturing, automotive, lighting, or display related industries Managed B2B go-to-market strategies Worked closely with sales Proficient with a CRM system (Salesforce is excellent) Knowledge of marketing automation tools Excellent writing and communication skills Willingness to travel occasionally Preferred
MBA or equivalent advanced degree
