We take our housekeeping standards seriously. We’re searching for a Room Attendant with an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for perfection to make sure every guest enjoys a truly memorable experience.
As a Room Attendant you’ll make sure our rooms, suites, and other areas in the hotel are always ‘fresh and welcoming’ for our guests after a busy day at work, creating a haven for them to escape and relax in – or get a bit of last‑minute work done.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain room cleanliness to company standards.
Help guests with items such as toothbrushes or directions.
Update supervisor on room‑service progress and report repairs.
Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment as needed.
Organize supplies and amenities, minimizing waste.
Log lost and found items and re‑unite with owners.
Wear uniform with pride.
Assist with ad‑hoc duties and teamwork across departments.
Assist with deep‑cleaning projects, turndown duties, and other assigned tasks.
What We Need from You – In the hotel industry we cater to our guests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While shifts are assigned, you may be required to work varying shifts across a 7‑day period, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
This is a physical role and you’ll be on your feet most of the day, so fitness is important. Strength requires occasional lifting up to 50 pounds (23 kg) and push/pull heavy objects, bending and kneeling as needed. Literacy skills – reading, writing, and basic math – are required.
