Maintenance Supervisor
and play a critical role in keeping our foam dinnerware production running smoothly. In this role, you’ll spend
75% of your time on the floor , leading a team dedicated to maintaining and improving production equipment performance.
What You’ll Do
Supervise maintenance operations to meet
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service.
Lead by example to promote a strong commitment to
Safety
and
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) .
Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
Coordinate with planners and production teams to schedule proactive maintenance and ensure compliance with standards.
Analyze production schedules and prioritize repairs, maintenance, and installations.
Track KPIs, audit processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in root‑cause analysis and implement solutions for recurring equipment issues.
What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum
3 years of maintenance and reliability experience .
At least
1 year of lead or supervisory experience .
Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills (automation, robotics, controls).
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with plant production software (SAP preferred).
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
