Remedy Staffing is currently hiring a Front Desk Clerk for a well-known Hotel located in Alexandria, La.
ROP: $11.00-12.00 DOE (Temp to Hire with raise)
Schedule:
Flexible, Monday-Sunday
7am-3pm/3pm-11pm/11pm-7am (Night Audit). Must be available to work some weekends.

Greet guests in an efficient and courteous manner Assist guests with check-in and check-out Review and process payments for hotel services and make reservations over the telephone Act as a point of communication for guest needs Check emails, print reports, enter data, etc. Oversee other front desk duties as assigned Qualifications:
Must have a friendly customer service attitude Must be able to multi-task under pressure Must be able to answer busy phone lines Must be able to stand during your shift Must be able to work nights and weekends (flexible if needed) Must be able to learn Hotel software
(OPERA experience preferred) Must be able to work with minimal supervision and make smart decisions
