What You'll Be Cooking Up
Follow prep lists from our chefs and help set up your workstation each day
Wash, chop, slice, and dice veggies, and other ingredients with care.
Measure and mix ingredients to prepare sides, sauces, and simple dishes like salads and entrees.
Handle basic cooking tasks like reducing sauces, parboiling, and assembling dishes.
Keep the kitchen sparkling, wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, take out trash, and stay organized.
Stock and label ingredients so everything is easy to find and ready to go.
Follow nutrition, sanitation, and safety guidelines while having fun with your team.
Jump in with other kitchen tasks as needed.
Who We're Looking For
18+ years old with at least 1 year of experience in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.
Knowledgeable about health and safety rules in a kitchen environment.
Comfortable using kitchen tools and utensils with skill and confidence.
A team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Able to work efficiently, stay organized, and thrive in a busy environment.
