Our Housekeepers play an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and team members. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas while supporting a comfortable, home‑like community.

Responsibilities

Ordering and monitoring all supplies

Cleaning sinks, showers, toilets, and other fixtures

Stocking soap and paper products in bathrooms

Cleaning and dusting surfaces including glass and mirrors

Vacuuming carpet and sweeping and mopping floors

Deep cleaning resident's apartments and care areas

Sorting, washing, and drying resident laundry per building policy

Folding, hanging and putting away resident laundry per guidelines

Cleaning all equipment and keeping soiled and clean linen areas tidy

Helping strip and make resident beds

Aiding with housekeeping duties when needed

Maintaining infection control procedures

Maintaining confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language

Must have experience interacting with residents of this nature
