$115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Summary This role is designed for an Indiana-licensed LMFT who enjoys working with relationship dynamics and family systems in a virtual setting. You will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families while supporting clinical quality through structured case review and oversight responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Provide telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and families
Conduct relational assessments and establish treatment goals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Support associate clinicians through case consultation or supervision
Review treatment progress and adjust approaches as needed
Ensure services meet Indiana regulatory standards
Qualifications
Active Indiana
LMFT
license
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Experience working with couples and family systems
Supervisory experience preferred
Comfortable managing a full virtual caseload
