Description As the Walmart Digital Account Manager at Harvest Group, you will be responsible for managing our clients' first‑party (1P) and third‑party (3P) marketplace business on Walmart. You will collaborate closely with our content, advertising, and Walmart Client Services teams to drive strategic initiatives aimed at expanding our clients' presence and sales on Walmart's digital platform.
Our approach to client service is grounded in our values. To deliver exceptional excellence for our clients with Walmart, this role must be based in Rogers, AR. If you are applying but do not currently reside in Northwest Arkansas, please note that relocation will not be covered by Harvest Group.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients Walmart Digital Business (OPD, S2H, DSV, and Marketplace).
Build strong relationships and manage day‑to‑day communications to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with strategic objectives.
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to increase sales, visibility, and profitability for clients on Walmart.com.
Utilize data‑driven insights and market trends to identify growth opportunities and drive performance improvements.
Partner with the Advertising team to support and implement advertising initiatives.
Monitor key performance metrics and analytics to track the success of campaigns and overall business performance on Walmart.com.
Provide regular reporting and insights to clients, highlighting achievements and areas for optimization.
Stay informed about Walmart.com and Walmart Marketplace policies, trends, and best practices.
Proactively identify and recommend new opportunities or tools that could benefit our clients' Walmart.com strategies.
Requirements
At least 3‑5 years of experience managing Walmart eCommerce or third‑party marketplace accounts, preferably on Walmart Marketplace.
Strong understanding of e‑commerce dynamics and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive decision‑making.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a client‑focused mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Capability to proactively and creatively problem solve (as an individual and with a team).
Willingness to travel.
