What You'll Do

Support customers and field technicians by troubleshooting our machines

Use phone, video, and computer tools to diagnose and resolve technical issues

Learn how complex electro‑mechanical systems operate

Travel onsite when needed to build real‑world experience

Work closely with our collaborative, highly skilled technical team

You will be trained, coached, and supported - no one is thrown in cold.

Training & Growth You'll receive structured, hands‑on training at our Rochester, NY headquarters, as well as occasional training at customer sites across the U.S. and Canada. We invest in your development with the expectation that you'll grow into higher‑level technical roles at Durst.

What We Require

Mechanical curiosity and willingness to learn

Strong communication and customer‑first mindset

Comfortable learning new software and diagnostic tools

Associate degree or equivalent technical training/experience

Valid driver's license

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Willingness to travel up to 75% (U.S. & Canada)

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience using hand tools

Exposure to mechanical, electrical, or technical coursework

Hands‑on hobbies involving building or repair
