NetSuite Administrator – Global Fast-Growing Company Location:
Silicon Valley Salary:
$140,000 – $175,000 + excellent benefits We are partnering with a rapidly growing, innovative global business seeking a hands-on NetSuite Administrator to own and optimize their financial systems and integrations. This role serves as a critical bridge between Finance, Accounting, IT, and Operations, ensuring NetSuite and connected tools run efficiently, support global processes, and deliver accurate, actionable data. Responsibilities
Manage, configure, and optimize NetSuite, including user roles, workflows, and issue resolution
Support and integrate financial systems such as Coupa, Shopify, Avalara, Concur, Ironclad, and Rippling
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and saved searches to provide actionable insights
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and accuracy across all financial systems
Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and third-party integrations
Identify automation and process improvement opportunities to minimize manual work
Assist with month-end close and reconciliation processes
Train users, document workflows, and promote best practices across teams
Required Experience & Skills
7+ years supporting or implementing financial systems in a global organization
Strong expertise in NetSuite administration and configuration
Experience with Coupa, Shopify, Avalara, Concur, or similar systems
Solid understanding of accounting, P2P, OTC, and financial reporting processes
Proven track record of delivering complex system integrations and collaborating with senior Finance stakeholders
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
Experience leading or mentoring team members is a plus
