Minimum Requirements And Qualification
Bachelors of Science in Engineering or computer science; or a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) degree with demonstrated experience in Systems Engineering
5+ years of demonstrated proficiency related to administration and operation of Cameo.
5+ years of demonstrated proficiency in Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and familiarity with the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF).
Experience with PLM Tools (such as SolidWorks PDM, Windchill, or Teamcenter) and with Requirements Management Tools (such as DOORS or Jama).
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Security Clearance.
Major Responsibility Areas And Duties The MBSE Administrator ensures successful implementation of Cameo toolsets utilizing MBSE methodologies, practices, and procedures across the EOS Defense Systems USA product portfolio. The MBSE Administrator will collaborate across the Engineering department to maintain and enhance the MBSE framework while ensuring contractual deliverables are met. Duties include:
MBSE Tool Administration: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Cameo tools and environments, including connectivity to requirements and artifact repositories.
Process and Standards Management: Develop, document, and update MBSE standards guidance and implementation processes to ensure consistent MBSE implementation across the engineering department.

Repository and Data Integrity: Work closely with the IT department to ensure Cameo runs smoothly and securely.
