Our client, a leading organization in enterprise content management solutions, is seeking a OnBase Business Application Analyst - GA/NE/NJ/WI to join their team. As a OnBase Business Application Analyst - GA/NE/NJ/WI, you will be part of the IT support team, collaborating closely with various business units to optimize document management and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Design, configure, support, and optimize the OnBase enterprise content management (ECM) system to meet organizational needs.
Analyze business processes and implement application improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user-reported problems promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and infrastructure personnel to streamline workflows and system integration.
Maintain security protocols and ensure compliance standards are upheld across all application activities.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience with OnBase administration and development.
Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and understanding of database management.
Experience monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and Moogsoft.
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Clarity, and project management tools.
