Supplier Risk & Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead the initial development of a supplier risk & compliance function in a high‑technology environment
Execute the global supplier risk management framework, leading supplier risk‑mitigation planning
Conduct supplier risk assessments, mitigation planning and support supplier strategy
Ensure cross‑functional alignment on supplier risk and compliance activities
Support supplier risk and compliance evaluation through reporting, KPI, dashboards and other communications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree minimum
5+ years in supplier risk and/or compliance management
Due to contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, Finance or related field
Strong knowledge of global supplier‑related regulatory requirements and risk assessment methodologies
Ability to interpret technical documents, contracts, and regulatory documents
Proven analytical skills with the ability to assess complex risk‑scenarios, communicate recommendations clearly, manage stakeholders, collaborate cross‑functionally, effectively present to senior leadership
Strong experience working in a technical field, or with highly technical components
High bias for action with creative problem‑solving skills
Desire to work in a fast pace, engaging and rewarding environment
Ability to work within an environment of change and uncertainty
Ability to work to understand the requirements of diverse team members
Proactive engagement with stakeholders and suppliers
Project management experience
Experience working in global or cross‑cultural teams
Experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic global environment
Proven experience with R&D, technical manufacturing/business environment
Demonstrated business and financial acumen
Compensation & Benefits $132,000 – $165,000 a year. Incentive eligible – bonus target included.
