JLL has a great opportunity to join our growing Industrial Property Management team in Denver, CO. Our office is located in downtown Denver and will be supporting an Institutional client/portfolio.

The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for providing direct management oversight for the assigned Industrial properties. The PM is responsible for maximizing NOI and asset value on behalf of JLL clients. Specific responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, client and tenant relations, supporting the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting.

Managing industry changing properties As the Property Manager (PM), you will provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients, while managing an industrial portfolio. You are responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction. As the lead professional, you will also be responsible for preparing budgets and financial reports, managing TI and/or capital improvement projects, and developing your staff. You will be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) to both building owners and tenants to ensure an ongoing, successful relationship.

As a Property Manager, you will contribute to the establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives, and best practices to drive results as a team. You will also contribute to developing successful, diverse teams through inclusive and thoughtful means of communication.

Your ability to communicate well and manage client, tenant and vendor relationships will allow for seamless conflict resolution and client retention.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience including recent experience in one of these (office, retail, industrial, healthcare) is a plus.

Must have strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other types of related financial reports.

Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration.

CO Real Estate License is required within 120 days.

Experience using a property management accounting platform, such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI is required.

A Relationship Builder Both verbal and written communication skills are vital, and, of course you'll be good at establishing relationships with all levels of the organization & external clients.

Estimated compensation for this position:

100,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
