Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
Business Manager | Darwin Engineering | USA and Europe This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. This role is ideal for those looking to build a career in supply chain operations, logistics, and inventory management while working on impactful projects. As a Materials Manager your primary focus is ensuring the 3C's (Care, Custody, and Control) of safeguarded materials across one or multiple project sites.
This role requires travel/relacation with potential sites based in Texas, Louisiana, Minnesota and Nevada.

Experience & Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant experience preferred (industry-specific experience not required).
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel (advanced Excel knowledge is a plus).
Experience working on projects as a value-added team member.
General knowledge of the Power Delivery Industry and supply chain/material management.

Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain Management
Oversee material/services procurement, production planning, vendor selection, and distribution.
Manage material flow between suppliers, manufacturers, and customers.
Inventory Control
Ensure secure and organized inventory access.
Conduct physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
Monitor inbound/outbound shipments and inventory levels.
Transportation Management
Optimize transportation and distribution for cost-effective logistics.
Coordinate fleet operations, including truck acquisition, maintenance, and third-party transport hiring.
Analytics
Conduct detailed inventory analysis based on project needs (site, schedule, etc.).
