Summary Of Position Functions This position supports Milhaus by maintaining financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning. The role includes preparing monthly variance analysis reports, recommending and implementing process improvements using consolidation software and ERP systems, and collaborating with senior accounting, finance, and operations teams. Additional responsibilities involve conducting ad-hoc financial analyses and contributing to special projects such as company valuation, IRR calculations, and cash flow analysis.
Essential Position Functions
Maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning for Milhaus Enterprise
Prepare Monthly Variance Analysis Reports
Recommend & Implement Process Improvements utilizing existing consolidation software and ERP systems
Collaborate with senior members of the accounting and finance teams and business operations
Contribute to special projects such as Company Valuation, IRR calculation, and cashflow analysis
Complete Ad-Hoc Financial Analysis as Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting or relevant experience.
Experience and knowledge in several functions within Finance (Budgeting, Consolidation, Performance Reporting and financial analysis)
Basic understanding of accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls
Ability to pull, consolidate, and analyze large data sets from different systems
Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills.
A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in real estate or corporate finance.
Skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Valid driver’s license in the state of residence
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Knowledge of Milhaus’s services and processes is required which can be obtained through intellect, technical inclination, and dedication to gain such knowledge.
Knowledge (Intermediate to advanced) of various operating systems, software products (e.g. MS Office, etc.), is required.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time / workload.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, business, professional, and technical documents.
Ability to effectively respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers and staff.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to write presentations, articles, routine reports, proposals, and correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and staff.
Ability to speak and communicate effectively before customers and staff.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Ability to prioritize tasks and tactfully negotiate priority with end users.
Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed.
