Clean, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, gathering and emptying trash bins in designated building areas following all health and safety regulations. Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed. Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work. Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after hours. Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older. Must have reliable transportation. Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance. Good communication skills. Strong detail orientation. Customer‑oriented and friendly. High school diploma or GED. Stand and walk for long periods of time. Repeat the same movements. Frequent bending and twisting. Able to lift, push & pull 50 lbs. Able to work flexible hours including evenings. Compensation and Shift Details
Full Time, 1st Shift, 2nd Shift. Monday – Friday. Shift times: 6 AM–2 PM, 3 PM–11 PM. Hourly rate: $17.17/hr. Reporting
This position reports to Deanna Berntgen. Screening Requirements
Criminal Background Check. Drug Screen. Location
