I&T Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will directly report to the Director of I&T USA. The I&T Administrative Assistant will be tasked with supporting the financial management in the department and be a support resource to the team. As part of your role, you’ll significantly contribute to the department’s financial and operational performance by establishing relationships with vendors and paying meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the procure‑to‑pay process.
You'll have the opportunity to:
Establish and forge relationships with all IT vendors
Manage the Purchase Order lifecycle within the team from singular purchase to large multi‑year agreements
Provide financial analysis of all expenditure, identify errors and opportunities while supporting the forecasting process
Provide administrative support services to the entire team
Manage SAP ERP for processing of transactions, support the monthly accrual and chargeback processes
Required Skills, Experience & Competencies
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience working in an office managing and processing purchase orders
2+ years working in financial systems and basic understanding of financial management
Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and oral communication skills to foster relationships with vendors and teams
Strong problem‑solving skills
MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments
Required to work onsite in Sturtevant, WI 50% of the time
Preferred Skills
Experience with SAP and Ariba
