Our mission is to provide a full continuum of care services including nursing home care, rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, and more. We are currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator Manager to join our Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA), which provides comprehensive and personalized home‑healthcare services for older adults to maximize their independence at home.

Position Overview The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for all scheduling and staffing activities for the home‑care agency’s private and contract caseloads, as well as various office activities related to scheduling, such as maintaining client rosters, assigning aides, verifying paraprofessional time‑slips for payroll, communicating staffing changes/absences to RN Supervisors and contract case managers, and providing on‑call services and support.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining current client rosters

Aide assignment

Verification of paraprofessional time‑slips for payroll

Communicating staffing changes/absences of field staff to RN Supervisor and contract case managers

Requires on‑call services and support

Qualifications

High School diploma or general education degree/equivalency; one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation

Annual salary: $65,000 – $75,000
