Insight Global is seeking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist & Hospitality Coordinator for a boutique investment advisory firm based in Dallas, TX.
This is a fulltime position working in an office setting 5 days a week, 7:45am - 5pm in downtown Dallas.
We are seeking a polished, service-oriented, and high-energy Front Desk & Hospitality Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our firm.
This highly visible role seamlessly integrates luxury hospitality, front-of-house service, office operations, and guest experience management into one pivotal position.
This is not a passive, behind-the-desk role—you will be an active presence throughout the office, refreshing common areas, engaging with guests and team members, and ensuring the environment consistently feels elevated, welcoming, and impeccably guest-ready. Delivering a warm, seamless, five-star arrival experience for investors, executives, and visitors is the core responsibility of this position.

Skills and Requirements
HS Diploma required; Bachelors Degree preferred
3+ years of experience in hospitality, front desk, luxury service, office coordination or executive reception
Warm, friendly yet polished demeanor
Strong service mentality and passion for guest experience
Prior experience working in a financial setting is a plus
