Major Duties

Evaluates, designs, implements, and oversees client total relationship plans through a structured, consistent sales and service process.

Reviews individual account relationships to determine banking and investment needs; anticipates and creates opportunities to enhance client relationships.

Focuses on relationship building, develops new solutions to client needs, brings in experts when appropriate, closes sales, ensures smooth delivery of new services, and communicates emerging needs.

Structures and negotiates complex loans within authorized lending limits and ensures credit quality.

Consuls clients on emerging financial issues, new bank products and services, regulatory changes, and general environment, discussing impact on clients’ activities and the bank’s services.

Provides financial services to clients, coordinating partner areas to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Provides input regarding floating‑team members’ performance relative to overall team results.

Ideal Candidate Competencies

10–15 years industry experience, including trust sales, portfolio management, and/or wealth management sales or trust relationship management.

Completion of an MBA, CFA, CFP, CIMA, CPWA, CAIA, or other professional designation aligned with the financial services industry is highly preferred.

Solid, general knowledge of all personal financial‑planning issues.

Knowledge of fiduciary products and services (e.g., personal trusts, living trusts, wills, investment management, security custody, financial consulting, estate planning), including fee structures and documentation, acquired through work experience.

Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations that apply to personal fiduciary and estate and tax‑planning services, acquired through formal education and experience.

Salary Range: $130,530 – $228,380 USD. Salary is a good‑faith estimate of base pay.
