As a Domino’s Delivery Expert, you will contribute to Heightened Time Awareness. Phone answers within two rings, orders in the oven in less than three minutes, deliveries out the door in less than fifteen minutes. You’ll be taught how to meet these aggressive standards and responsibly deliver orders with a great customer‑focused enthusiasm.
Through a mix of online courses and hands‑on training, you'll learn everything about our products and equipment, the POS order system (Domino’s Pulse), and how to become pizza delivery experts, customer service representatives, and expert pizza makers. A dedicated training program is available for those interested in becoming managers.
Delivery experts are paid cash daily from earned tips and mileage reimbursement. That money is in your pocket every shift. You will also earn an hourly wage that is paid bi‑weekly. Hourly wage: $18.00‑$25.00.
Responsibilities
Answer phones within two rings.
Ensure each order is in the oven within three minutes.
Deliver orders out the door within fifteen minutes.
Maintain Domino’s Perfect Image standards at all times.
Requirements
Delivery Experts must be at least 18 years old.
Pre‑screened by HireRight Background Check, National Crime and Sex Offender Background Check, Basic Urinalysis Drug Testing, and Motor Vehicle Report.
Must have a valid driver's license for no less than 2 years.
Maintain a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Have a reliable personal vehicle with proper automobile insurance. Use the provided car‑top sign during deliveries.
Wear Domino’s uniform shirts and hats; required to wear black pants, shorts, skirts or capris (no denim, corduroy, stretch, yoga, or sweatpants).
