Client Service Representative
to join our team! Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while balancing between a multi‑line phone system and in‑person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast‑paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail‑oriented, and committed to contributing to a team‑focused environment.
This is a
Part‑Time
position with availability needed on Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays. The schedule will include at least
3 Saturdays per month .
Part‑Time Compensation
Compensation:
$15‑$17 per hour, for each hour worked*
Required Qualifications and Skillset
1+ years of client service experience
Previous veterinary experience is a plus!
Proficiency in the following skills:
Workflow management
Client communication
Attention to Detail
