This role ensures smooth daily operations, accurate document management, professional correspondence, and effective coordination in a fast-paced federal environment while maintaining discretion and compliance with federal standards. Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, meetings, correspondence, and travel coordination Draft, edit, and format official correspondence, memoranda, policies, and agency issuances Maintain organized document libraries, templates, distribution lists, and standard operating procedures Coordinate internal and external communications with stakeholders and leadership Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables to support OLPA leadership Support onboarding, training logistics, and administrative reporting requirements Ensure documents comply with NSF branding, Plain Writing Act, and Section 508 accessibility standards Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience 3–5 years of experience providing executive or administrative support, preferably in a federal environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and document management systems Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, professionalism, and discretion Experience supporting senior leadership and handling sensitive information We will never send communications through any other domain, including @Priwilscareers.com, @gmail.com or@yahoo.com.
