Commercial Lending Specialist
Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr
Rate: $30/hr - $33/hr
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6 Month + Possible Conversion
Job Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining, deepening and enriching client relationships.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for all service-related needs.
Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution.
Trusted member of the client’s team and deeply connected to deliver the growth and success for an assigned portfolio. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for each client assigned to your portfolio.
Build strong relationships and provide a level of service that customers have learned to expect.
Delivering solutions and upholding client standards and operating principles.
Proactively work to determine service improvements and solicit client input and feedback to drive client satisfaction.
Conduct annual relationship reviews with clients to identify potential customer-level fraud exposure and recommend appropriate products to mitigate risk or provide other efficiencies.
Proactively discuss client trends/issues with internal partners to further customize solutions for clients.
Interviews held on MWT - 2 rounds.
100% in office presence required as of 4/21.
Regular work schedule - 9-5, OT on as needed basis.
Required Skillset
Client servicing skills first (email and phone), account manager experience.
White glove service for VIP/enterprise clients.
Loan servicing experience; syndicated loans; loanIQ - a huge plus.
Disqualifier
No relationship building / interactions with the clients.
