Stinson LLP is seeking an Associate with three to five years of experience to join our growing Corporate Finance Division in our Omaha office. Qualifications
Active Nebraska attorney license required Three to five years of relevant experience as described below Excellent academic credentials Strong writing, analytical, organizational, leadership and communication skills Experience
Leading, managing, or substantially contributing to mergers and acquisitions, or private equity investment / leveraged buyout transactions, and/or capital markets transactions Experience with corporate governance matters, venture capital investment transactions, private offerings of equity and/or debt securities, and/or providing advice with respect to Forms 10‑K, 10‑Q and 8‑K filings and proxy statements (preferred, but not required) Application
