Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner, ensuring a welcoming environment. Cocktail Preparation: Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes, maintaining quality and consistency. Menu Knowledge: Learn the menu and be able to make recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Service Excellence: Provide prompt and efficient service, handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need. Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards. Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service. Qualifications
Previous experience preferred Current state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE) required Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels Compensation and Benefits
