$18/hr + Commission What we are looking for in YOU and YOUR skill set: Driven to climb the company ladder Possess a winning attitude Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate Strong phone and computer skills At least one year of previous sales experience Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to attract new patients Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks Educate patients on wellness offerings and services Share personal chiropractic experience and stories Work cohesively with others in a fun, fast-paced environment Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner Provide excellent services to members and patients The primary responsibility is to gain memberships to meet sales goals Greet members and patients, check them in for their appointments Stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions Support team goals and maintain positive relationships with team members Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages Keep management informed of member concerns and follow policies and procedures Willing to learn and grow Accept constructive criticism positively and use it for improvement Office coordination or marketing experience is a plus (Note: This is not management and does not supervise others) Able to stand and/or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds Uphold The Joint Chiropractic’s core values of TRUST, INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE, RESPECT, and ACCOUNTABILITY.
