Position: UTS-Temporary Statistician Investigator at UNC Chapel Hill, Temporary Technical/Paraprofessional at UNC Chapel Hill. Location: Raleigh, NC. Anticipated hiring: $46/hour. Responsibilities
Assist with statistical analyses of longitudinal data from the ~$35 million AURORA study, including adaptive sampling methods, self-report, neurocognitive, physiologic, digital phenotype, psychosocial, neuroimaging, and genomic markers. Analyze data from past and current R01 studies and clinical trial datasets. Develop scripts/code to streamline and optimize analyses. Write and edit analytic methods for peer‑reviewed publications and summarize results for stakeholders. Maintain metadata for databases and analytical work. Collaborate with investigators to develop analysis plans. Qualifications
Master’s degree in statistics, epidemiology, biostatistics or related discipline (PhD preferred). Experience with R and/or Mplus software; structural equation modeling preferred. Prior experience in clinical or epidemiological research. Strong organizational skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary team. Excellent written communication. Benefits & Perks
