across the United States seeks an accomplished
Litigation Paralegal
to join their collaborative, collegial and growing team.
Important Note
5+ years previous litigation paralegal experience in a LAW PRACTICE is REQUIRED. Employer prefers prospective candidate possessing prior plaintiff and trial expertise/experience.
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct research to support legal proceedings.
Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents.
Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes.
Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Record and store client information.
General Qualifications
5+ years' experience required in CIVIL LITIGATION and law & motion.
BA/BS degree highly preferred
Compliance with Bus. & Prof. code 6450 highly preferred.
Proficient in legal research.
MS Office proficient. Particular emphasis on MS Excel skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Deadline driven and detail-oriented.
Annual Salary/Compensation & Benefits Starting annual salary/comp. is
120K+ | DOE/DOQ
