What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide software-related custom integration and product implementation support to transition new clients to live production status

Communicate regularly with clients to gather requirements and provide status updates

Develop and manage the implementation project plan to track project activities

Customize client communication materials using Zelis standard processes

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security, and ethical guidelines throughout the implementation process

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare industry

Previous customer service experience

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple client implementations

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Familiarity with APIs and data integration processes

Experience leading projects and managing client rollouts

Knowledge of healthcare claims communication processes and data normalization

SQL database experience
