Most of our teams are two or three people, and in a Client Support Team Professional role, you are a critical member of that team along with the financial advisor. You are the first voice a client hears when they call on the phone – the first face they see when they walk in the door. You have many responsibilities, but the most important is getting to know your clients so well that you not only help them identify their problems – you see them coming a mile away. You and your financial advisor are essential in working together to help your clients achieve their most cherished financial goals.

The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors.

Comprehensive 6‑month training including an experienced peer to help mentor you

Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year

Actively listening for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services

Role Requirements

Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Resolve issues and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.

Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and other requests; process transactions and maintain accurate client records.

Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently, schedule appointments, prepare materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and streamline processes with updated SOPs.

Technology: Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
