Lead and mentor a team to ensure our clients success with achieving their goals Support NDIS participants to live life their way Training, development, and growth opportunities Lead the team, promoting a positive culture focused on quality care. Serve as a positive role model to create a safe, supportive environment that fosters resilience and positive outcomes for children. Ensure timely completion of all team documentation. Organise and lead team meetings, including training new members through shadow shifts. Delegate tasks and complete shift work, including overnight stays, as needed. Provide compassionate and person-centred support to young people with diverse needs and abilities. Foster a safe and nurturing environment contributing to growth and development. Empower individuals to build essential life skills and promote independence. Use daily routines to provide hands on training for life skills such as cooking, personal care and budgeting.
