Inviting applications for the role of

Business Analyst, Asset Transition, Wealth Operations!

In this role, you would be responsible for back‑office functions for our client. In Back‑office functions you will primarily be working on Mutual Fund Income. You will be responsible for Custody and accounting asset/securities transfers from / to brokers, Fund Managers, Custodians etc. You will also be responsible for Tax Lot and book adjustments and rebooking of failed trades.

Responsibilities

Good understanding of financial products like US Domestic Equities, Global Equities, Bonds, Mutual Funds, MBS, SWAPS etc.

Good knowledge of reconciliation, reporting, Trade Settlements lifecycle, corporate actions and Accruals.

Candidate should have basic knowledge of different types of tax, Tax code, Tax lot, Date of Death, Beneficiary, Inheritance etc.

Basic understanding of Upstream process, downstream of process of Asset transfer process is required.

Should know the stock in’s & out’s (Free Receipt/Delivery) process and be able to connect with counterparties effectively.

Understanding around business transitions and required documentation will have added advantage.

Experience of posting transactions on accounting & custody book for exception resolution is required.

Good knowledge of MS Excel is required.

Experience of applications like Global Plus, AddVantage, Trust Desk & Intellimatch applications would have added advantage.

Candidate should have exposure around audits (internal and external) and strong understanding around Risk and Control framework.

Establish strong relationship with onshore counterparts and should be capable of handling Queries and Issues.

Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications

Relevant work experience in an Associate role is desirable. Previous experience in a middle/back office in financial services firm is required.

Any Graduate (PG an added advantage)

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.

Los Angeles California-based candidates are not eligible for this role.
