Strategic Planner / Military Deception

Education:
A bachelor's degree is required. Six years of relevant experience, or an associate degree and four years of relevant experience, may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
A graduate of the Defense MILDEC Training Course IAW CJCSI 3211.01E.
A graduate of a Service or Joint level MILDEC training course IAW USCENCTOM R-525-3
Responsibilities: The Strategic Planner/Military Deception provides subject matter expertise to USCENTCOM Component Commands for MILDEC planning, with specific expertise in MILDEC plan coordination and plan de-confliction.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide support in the drafting, approval, and execution of current MILDEC plans and orders in order to enhance operational success, reduce US casualties, and prevent loss of equipment.
Provide expertise during the assessment of Measures of Performance (MOP) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) with regard to MILDEC plans.
Provide expertise in the synchronization MILDEC efforts with Computer Network Operations, Electronic Warfare, operations security (OPSEC), and military information support operations in support of political and military objectives.
Provide support in coordinating with Counterintelligence assets.
Qualifications: The candidate must have the following qualifications:
Minimum five years of MILDEC planning experience.
Minimum three years planning experience at the Geographic or Functional Combatant Command Headquarters.
Travel: Travel required to AOR.
