This role is responsible for reviewing and approving client-related requests to ensure all required authorizations and documentation comply with established policies and procedures. The associate will coordinate and execute team‑specific operational tasks, perform quality reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of work, and navigate multiple systems and platforms to support daily operations.

Entry Level or Recent Grads Preferred

6-month contract (Temp to Perm Goal)

$21.63/Hour Pay

Responsibilities Include:

Review and approve pending client requests to ensure all required authorizations and supporting documentation are complete and compliant with policy requirements.

Coordinate and process team‑specific tasks as requested by the business.

Conduct quality reviews of completed work from team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards.

Work efficiently across multiple systems and platforms to complete daily tasks.

Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to resolve ongoing issues and respond to policy‑related inquiries.

Provide operational support and participate in special projects as assigned.

Apply sound business judgment to identify unusual or suspicious activities and elevate concerns when appropriate.

Maintain strict adherence to all company policies and procedures, including quality standards, client service expectations, information security, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

College degree in finance, accounting, or related field

1 year of finance or banking experience required

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

Ability to adapt and learn new systems
