JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION The Team Leader provides Clinical and Administrative supervision to a team of 5-10 school-based therapists. The Team Leader will be available during business hours to answer administrative and clinical questions. As an administrative supervisor you will oversee the day-to-day operations for each supervisee. This will include ensuring that documentation is completed timely, productivity expectations are adhered to, approving PTO and timesheets. As the Clinical Supervisor you will oversee the treatment plans and provide clinical oversight to master's level clinicians. The Clinical Supervisor may also need to conduct treatment team meetings and/or be available for additional staff meetings as applicable per program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides and appropriately documents clinical supervision to master's level clinicians.
Reviews, approves, and/or provides feedback regarding treatment plans created by supervisees within 3 business days of completion.
Completes assigned clinical audits on a monthly basis.
Coordinates with other team members and staff.
Maintains compliance with assigned Centerstone training plan and maintains continuing education as outlined by license requirements.
Understands correct clinical procedures and documentation needs for supervisees.
Provides clinical training for staff as applicable. Is available for clinical consultation during business hours.
Returns all phone calls and emails within 24 business hours.
Completes all required paperwork within 24 business hours.
Provides clinical coverage of treatment plans and/or supervision as applicable when other supervisors are on PTO.
Attends administrative meetings or treatment teams on an as needed basis per program.
Follows all licensure specific guidelines and Centerstone policy when providing licensure supervision.
Maintains a full capacity of supervisees based on the FTE guidelines for the supervisor position.
Conducts other duties as assigned that are relevant and applicable to clinical supervision.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES QUALIFICATIONS Education Level
A Master's degree is required in one of the following fields: Clinical Psychology, Mental Health (MH) Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and/or a specialization in MH Counseling
OR
Completion of at least
24 graduate-level semester hours
in psychology, social work, counseling, or other behavioral health-related coursework.
Relevant coursework and work experience in the following areas:
Clinical treatment and treatment planning
Appraisal and assessment of mental disorders
Psychopathology
Use of the DSM for diagnostic purposes within a clinical internship or practicum in a behavioral health setting
Years of Experience Minimum of 3 years' experience in a community mental health setting. Licensure supervisor preferred.
Certification/Licensure Independently licensed and in good standing as a LPC-MHSP with a minimum of 5 years licensure experience. Must possess a valid driver's license and meet eligibility requirements to be covered under the organization's vehicle insurance policy.
