Senior Material Handler (Full-time) - Evening Shift

About the Position
As a Senior Material Handler, you will lead the accurate dispensing and handling of raw materials to support production. Responsibilities include verifying labels, documenting processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, mentoring team members, assisting with inventory adjustments, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. This position is for 2nd shift; Monday-Friday 3:00-11:30 pm.
Responsibilities
Dispense raw materials according to specifications Verify labels and document dispensing processes accurately Load and unload raw materials; report damage or inconsistencies Scale, measure, and sample materials with precision Support overflow tasks and collaborate across departments Assist with inventory adjustments and cycle counts Mentor peers and support a positive team environment Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed Enter data using paper forms, computers, or tablets Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies Perform other duties as assigned Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred 2-3 years of manufacturing or material handling experience preferred Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens Flexible to work overtime based on business needs Skills
Comfortable using computers, tablets, and digital tools Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Able to read, write, and understand English Strong organization and attention to detail Team-oriented, dependable, and proactive Skilled at guiding others and supporting team goals Benefits and Compensation
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $21.35-$21.95, including a $1.50 shift differential. Nestle offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with company match and healthcare coverage.
