The Customer Solutions Analyst at Chobani will support the replenishment strategy, while monitoring and maintaining correct store level inventory. You will rely heavily on analytics to implement tactics to achieve results consistent with established volume objectives and priorities. You will build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to galvanize all parties around established inventory goals.
Responsibilities
Collaborate across Chobani and the customers to implement the replenishment strategy for perishable product segment
Work with customer and third-party support to validate forecast accuracy and make recommendations as needed to ensure order forecast aligns with forecast and seasonality
Review customer orders to ensure appropriate quantities, timeliness of product flow and adjust orders as necessary to support sales priorities
Work with both internal and customer partners to optimize the product flow to ensure Chobani exceeds critical metrics
Ensure the allocation of promotional volume at store level and analyze results to ensure efficient sell through of product
Run and present key account opportunities such as reclaim tracking, analysis, and results
Work with the Customer Solutions team to create and perform ad-hoc business reporting to uncover insights that improve performance and make recommendations based on results
Identify and communicate key drivers, and build strong relationships with retailer replenishment teams to ensure alignment to priorities
Analyze information from Chobani retail team and communicate to customers
Complete other tasks as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales analytics with specific knowledge of sales data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Retail Link)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Previous forecasting, inventory management and perishable replenishment experience preferred
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Ability to successfully balance multiple projects and apply innovative thinking to drive solutions
Must be attentive to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Entrepreneurial spirit is a must

Compensation Range: $66,000.00-$99,000.00, plus bonus.
