IT Project Manager
We are seeking a senior-level IT Project Manager to lead business-critical software and ERP-related initiatives for a large, multi-entity organization operating across the western United States. This role will drive complex, high-impact projects that shape how multiple business units operate within shared enterprise systems.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end software and ERP initiatives from discovery through go-live
Partner with business leaders, developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors
Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
Facilitate solution design and decision-making across diverse business units
Oversee data migrations, integrations, and system impacts
Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of enterprise solutions
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong ERP implementation or migration experience
Proven success managing complex, enterprise-scale projects
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle
Experience working with finance, sales, and operational systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
