About the Team

As part of the Enterprise Payments Product team, you will partner in the transformation of how millions of customers engage with their money. You will be responsible for improving the consistency, scalability and adoption of payment experiences across our platforms, evaluating current processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing solutions supporting business goals and customer needs. You may work across product areas such as authorizations, settlement, disputes, back‑office, pricing, and go‑to‑market, using data, technology and collaboration to deliver reliable, efficient and user‑friendly payment products.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or military experience.

At least one year of product management experience or at least one year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.

One or more years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.

One or more years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.

One or more years working with cross‑functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.

Salary Information (full‑time, annual): Houston, TX and Riverwoods, IL – $101,100 – $115,400.

This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
