Job Description Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their Professional Services team in Chantilly, VA. The project manager will be responsible for the oversight of telecom construction projects, specifically utility construction. They will work closely with the engineering, surveying, title, environmental and permitting teams to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
Oversee project lifecycle: bidding, pre-construction, execution, closeout
Delegate tasks, set internal deadlines, and ensure customer due dates are met
Manage budgets, monitor financials, and improve productivity
Maintain stakeholder communication and satisfaction
Provide weekly progress reports to internal and external parties
Coordinate resources and administration across departments
Communicate with property owners, customers, joint-use companies, and municipalities
5 days/week on site in office in the Chantilly area, on project site biweekly.
(Office moving soon, will remain in the Chantilly/Fairfax/Manassas/Centreville area, but will require commute to Stafford until new office opens)
