Flywheel Centers is growing in Northwest New Jersey and is hiring a Behavior Technician in Blairstown and surrounding Warren County communities to provide meaningful, one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants purpose-driven work, consistent afternoon hours, and the chance to make a real difference-without long commutes or overwhelming caseloads. What You'll Do
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the child's home Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA Use evidence-based strategies to support:
Communication Social skills Daily living and independence
