DATTCO is forming a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training class that will begin on January 26, 2026. DATTCO will train great candidates for full-time work that do not currently hold a CDL. Drivers will go through our Federal Motor Carrier accredited training program and, upon successfully passing, be offered full-time development positions as a corporate or campus shuttle driver.
Already have a CDL? Great! We will help you obtain the necessary endorsements to drive for us.

Fixed, predictable schedule that allows you to be home every night.
Compensation of $40,000 to $75,000/year
Primary Responsibilities:
Safely negotiate routes through varied terrain and geographic areas.
Interact with clients, customers, sub-contracted drivers, and fellow company drivers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
Assist passengers in boarding and exiting the vehicle and load and unload luggage from a rack, storage bays, or overhead compartments.
Inspect vehicle before and after shift to ensure operational safety. Operate assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to include trip sheets, customer transportation forms, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident and accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records requested by management.
Exemplify excellent customer service through respectful, courteous, cooperative, and polite treatment of others.
Perform minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicle(s) as needed. Fuel assigned vehicle(s) as required.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license.
At least three years driving history with no violations.
Ability to pass a commercial driver’s physical examination.
Flexibility to work multi-day trips with overnights away from home.
Open availability to work based on varied customer schedules.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Must be available Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm starting January 26 for training.
