Maintenance Coordinator I - Conway Office

Responsibilities
Performing janitorial and maintenance task according to agency guidelines and expectations.
Maintaining the grounds.
Maintain and monitor inventory of all cleaning and maintenance supplies.
Perform minor repairs and upgrades on building and grounds equipment, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and perform minor carpentry/drywall work to repair or improve facilities whenever possible.
Review maintenance schedules and ensure agency vehicles receive timely service, inspections, and necessary repairs according to department guidelines.
Train and oversee consumers with a vocational objective focused on janitorial and maintenance careers.
Initiate and oversee preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment, facilities, and vehicles remain in optimal working conditions.
Follow safety practices and actively participate as a member of the area's safety committee to ensure compliance of all safety regulations in the workplace.
Qualifications
High School diploma and four years of experience in equipment, building, and grounds maintenance.
Supervisory experience required.
Good driving record required.
Skilled trades experience (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC) preferred.
If invited to interview, please obtain your Official 10 year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles to bring with you. Official transcripts will be required to verify college degree.
