$115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location:
Montana
Position Summary This role provides the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, and families in a virtual setting. You will focus on relational dynamics while helping clients work toward clear and measurable therapeutic goals.
Primary Duties
Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
Complete intake assessments and treatment planning
Maintain clinical records and session documentation
Apply family systems and relational therapy techniques
Collaborate with internal teams as needed for continuity of care
Active Montana LMFT license
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Experience providing relational or family-based therapy
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain therapeutic boundaries in a remote role
2 weeks PTO
