Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in commercial and healthcare construction projects. This role is responsible for managing projects from start to finish—covering planning, execution, budget management, and successful delivery within scope, schedule, and cost. The ideal candidate will be a results‑driven leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments, can motivate teams, maintain client relationships, and ensure projects exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre‑construction through closeout.
Build and manage project schedules, submittal logs, budgets, and procurement processes.
Track and manage pay applications, change orders, and all budgetary items.
Coordinate subcontracts, purchase orders, and ensure contractual compliance.
Develop and implement project‑specific safety plans.
Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration with architects, designers, contractors, and facility owners.
Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for future business.
Ensure compliance with quality, ethics, and safety standards.
Generate project documentation, reports, and financial tracking.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years' experience managing commercial/healthcare construction projects (required).
Proven ability to manage projects ranging from $5 M - $40 M in value.
Strong knowledge of construction cost control, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and accounting principles.
Demonstrated leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent resource planning, organizational, and communication abilities.
Experience with project management software and tools.
Personal & Leadership Attributes
Confident decision‑maker with a track record of delivering results.
Effective communicator who builds strong long‑term relationships.
