As a
Local Courtesy Driver - RedCap Service
you will be responsible for providing a professional and convenient pickup and delivery experience for dealership customers. Duties include traveling to a customer’s home or workplace to pick up their vehicle, transporting it safely to the dealership for maintenance or repairs, and returning it once service is complete. The role requires using a mobile device to track requests and confirm vehicle pick‑ups and drop‑offs, following all traffic laws, and ensuring vehicles are handled with care. Drivers must maintain clear communication with the dealership team, keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle, and represent the dealership in a courteous and professional manner to ensure a seamless customer service experience.

Duties:
Drives customers to their homes or places of business and picks them up after their vehicle is repaired.
Uses good judgment and safe driving skills.
Keeps a timely shuttle route.
Assists passengers getting in and out of vehicles.
Operates cellular phone to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service.
Safely transport vehicles for customers.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Follows established organizational procedures and health and safety policies.
Requirements:
At least 18 years old
Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
Post offer screenings:
Background check
Drug screening
Non‑DOT driver physical
Lift test
