(Entry Level) Wet Magnetic Particle Inspector
Location: Houston, TX (Beaumont Highway)
Job Shift: Day Shift
Job Type: Full Time (hourly)
Lincoln Manufacturing is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Wet Magnetic Particle Inspector at our Houston, TX location on Beaumont Highway. The Wet Magnetic Particle Inspector is accountable for the function, duties, responsibilities, and performance defined in this job description.
Responsibilities
Perform wet fluorescent magnetic particle inspection per ASTM E709.
Verify equipment calibration and inspection conditions.
Interpret and evaluate indications based on acceptance criteria.
Maintain inspection records and traceability.
Segregate and identify nonconforming material.
Maintain a clean and safe inspection area.
Communicate inspection results to supervision.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or comparable experience.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and perform stationary work for the majority of the shift.
Basic computer skills
Knowledgeable in QA/QC concepts and methodologies. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
SNT‑TC‑1A compliant training and certification.
Ability to meet vision and physical requirements.
Familiar with API 5CT, ISO 9001, and other relevant industry specifications.
Punctual and dependable
Requires strong oral and written communication skills.
