Lead Financial Analyst, Government Contract Compliance

Position Overview This role provides strategic support to the Johnson & Johnson Government Contract Compliance (GCC) team within Innovative Medicine US Commercial Finance. The analyst will lead federal policy assessment, manage Medicare Drug Price Negotiations and Medicaid program requirements, ensure compliance with government pricing policies, and partner with Gross‑to‑Net (GTN), Pricing Strategy Finance, and other cross‑functional teams to implement and evaluate government pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Medicaid program requirements and Medicare Drug Price Negotiations Program activities, including federal policy assessment, compliance with iPAY manufacturer requirements and execution of “MFP,” and collaborative system design, testing, training, and documentation.
Lead GCC leadership for new system process design, development, testing, training, and implementation.
Ensure compliance with new policy requirements by establishing CORE GP G/L and 340B reconciliation processes, developing validation reports, and documenting procedures as SOPs/Work Instructions.
Perform government‑mandated calculations and refiles for specific brands, analyzing data trends to explain variances between calculation results and WAC.
Forecast government prices and communicate significant pricing variances to GTN.
Review Contract Pricing Committee (CPC) pricing strategies and present GCC impact at CPC meetings for supported brands.
Lead ad‑hoc assessments of government pricing and contract compliance impact for business requests, such as voluntary pricing offers and value‑based purchasing options.
Support new product launches and establish product offers and contract prices for government channels in collaboration with SCG partners and JJHCS Government Contracting Managers.
Maintain ongoing FSS contract compliance, ensuring timely reporting of pricing changes, product additions, deletions, and triggers.
Maintain GCC compliance documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions, Reasonable Assumptions, and Treatment Documents, and lead pricing escalation discussions with legal when applicable.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 3 years finance or related business experience.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, formulas).
Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, dynamic team environment and recommend process improvements.
Leadership experience in cross‑functional activities is required.
Experience in public accounting, pharmaceuticals, managed care, or government healthcare programs (Medicaid, 340B, etc.) preferred.
CPA, CMA, MBA, or other financial certification preferred.
Location: Titusville, NJ; may require up to 5% domestic travel.

Salary & Benefits Pay range: $94,000.00 – $151,800.00 per year. Eligible for an annual performance bonus and a long‑term incentive program.
